Kepler is a non-governmental organization that has been operating in Rwanda since 2013, in collaboration with Southern New Hampshire University.
Through their revolutionary competency-based online degree, SNHU provides students in East Africa with access torecognized American degrees. Kepler provides substantial support services, including in-person coaching, health and financial help, and job preparation, in addition to the online work. Kepler ensures that graduates are able to utilize the skills acquired via the SNHU degree to satisfy labor market demands in emerging economies.
Academics: English, technology, business, and critical thinking skills assist graduates manage the obstacles of 21st century work in East Africa's fast changing environment. Kepler assists their students in earning both an Associate of Arts and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Southern New Hampshire University's online competency-based curriculum, which is fully approved in the United States.
The concept combines authorized online learning from SNHU with in-person support services from Kepler to give students with an academic experience that prepares them for the workplace. Students will have the skills they need to succeed thanks to the innovative model of blended learning and competency-based education. Through Kepler's relationship with Southern New Hampshire University, students get an authorized online degree from the United
States.
Employment Skills: Kepler's student support is meant to prepare them for job soon after graduation. Week 1 marks the start of Professional Competency Training. Throughout their studies, they get career mentoring.
Personalized Learning: Students are allowed to work at their own speed to finish their SNHU competency-based degree. Graduates of SNHU/Kepler join the workforce as successful professionals, with many receiving employment offers before finishing their studies.
Kepler's strong internship assistance equips them with the professional skills and confidence they need to start a rewarding career in the formal sector. Kepler is committed to sharing their findings with the Rwandan and East African higher education communities.
They assist other institutions in improving their employment prospects by providing rigorous professional skill training. The collaboration between Kepler and SNHU has increased interest in cutting-edge educational techniques such as blended, student-centered, and competency-based learning.
