Mount Kenya University enjoys a strong international network of collaborations which have greatly contributed to its enhanced quality teaching. The university enjoys collaborations with local and international Institutions from Britain and the USA such as Xavier University, Northern Kentucky University, Clarke University, University of Cincinnati, and Foundation for Educational Excellence (AIFEE), Ohio State University, and Makerere University in Uganda. Areas of collaborations include research, exchange of teachers, development of joint scientific and/ or technological projects, exchange of faculty and students, joint programs in consulting and evaluation, exchange of materials, articles, and other publications among others. Our reputation for academic excellence attracts lecturers, researchers, and students from around the world, resulting in a friendly, open, and diverse multicultural environment.

We also offer you a chance to study on a reciprocal basis at Mount Kenya University in Kenya at the same fee charged at home to enhance your knowledge and develop a wider global perspective. More importantly, our students graduate with the degree qualifications and the experience that helps them succeed and be competitive in the local and international job market. To conduct seminars, workshops, conferences, short courses and offer consultancy services
To instruct students, conduct and administer examinations and confer degrees and certificates.
