UR Nyagatare campus and Rwanda Red Cross members have gathered efforts in the fight against Covid 19.
The campaign that is engaged with Rwanda red cross association in UR Nyagatare campus has engaged different schools in the special sites and examination centers.
Protais Dusengimana, Rwanda Red Cross representative at UR Nyagatare says the collaboration which has engaged the youth will provide good results in the district.
"Where there is the power of youth and willingness there is an achievement and we expect good results from this" Dusengimana said
"We will never put hands up until the end of this pandemic and working together of all people shall provide a new solution," he adds.
Thus he believes the fight against Covid-19 is personnel and everyone's responsibility.
"We will never hand up until the end of this pandemic and working together of all people shall provide new thing by constructing strong power in our daily life".
A cabinet meeting that gathered on Wednesday, July 14 resolved to impose a 10-day lockdown on the City of Kigali and eight selected districts across the country include the Nyagatare district.
As of date, active cases account for 15,725 which 38,186 have recovered and yet a number of 406,004 are vaccinated.
