The much-awaited S.6 national exam results have been released today 15 December 2022, by the Ministry of Education.
A total of 429,151 students registered for the exams this year of whom 229,859 were primary students while 127,469 sat for 'O' Level Exams and 47,578 sat for their 'A' level exams.
As of last year, a total of 251,905 candidates (136,830 girls and 115,076 boys) sat for national primary examinations.
Also, a total number of 251,906 candidates (136,830 girls and 115,076 boys) sat for national primary examinations representing a total sitting rate of 98%. Out of the 207,730 who passed exams, 115,087 were girls and 92.643 were boys. Still, as of last year, 121,626 candidates sat exams Ordinary level (66, 240 were girls and 55,386 were boys).
