Medicine is one of the busiest and hard courses at the university and it requires students to do these courses with their whole attention and time, despite the situation that Ndayisenga is fixed in, he is still intact with his hobbies.
Born with a dream of becoming a good medical doctor, famous goalkeeper, and Journalist, Laban Ndayisenga found himself becoming a doctor and a goalkeeper at the University of Rwanda.
He was born in Huye district in 1997 and the firstborn in his family of two children.
From his childhood, he loved football and he believes it's a learned trait from his parent. "I can say that it is from my father even though he didn’t play professionally but he liked to play football too,” He recalls that when he was young his dad used to tell him "if you do this thing perfectly I will award you to watch football". "And that spirit of football grown in him like that," he says.
He started playing football as he was in primary when being a goalkeeper of his former primary school Butare Catholic. He continued playing during the ordinary level in Group scholaire St Philippe Neri, Gisagara District. At that time he started playing in APR FC academy (Intare FC), coached by Katibito a very known coach who raised lots of football talents in Rwanda.

In his early childhood, he used to play for an academy owned by Majaz a very known coach in Huye (Butare) and Intare Fc.
Due to the family influence, as he was in Senior four quitted football where he was in Intare Fc and continued to study without any disturbance. At the University of Rwanda Huye campus, he continued playing and studying as a student in midwifery.
In UR FC, he played different games and concede few goals at that moment, he was a goalkeeper. During the 2018/2019 season, he became UR FC Vice-Captain and that was the best moment he experienced in his career. It was an extraordinary success in both football and academics from 2017 till now.
Apart from football and academics, he likes doing documentaries, dance and listens to music. He is one of the founders of the Face facts group which presents documentaries on UBUZIMA TV that operates on YouTube as he had a dream of becoming a journalist ever long.
His plans are to progress in football after graduating this year and he had discussions with Mukura VS’s talent scout on how he can play for the team.
