Continuing from where I stopped
I was hanging some clothes behind the hangers and glanced at something unusual in my mom’s side of the wardrobe I was curious so I had to check to my surprise after pulling it out and I found that it was a very old dirty bag.
I wondered why my mom would keep such a thing in the house, without hesitation I started opening the bag but the zip wasn’t opening because of rust, I forced the zip and finally, it opened.
I was surprised to find the baby girl’s clothes and a paper with dates of birth that I didn’t pay attention to. There was also a love letter in that bag that I read and my thoughts felt awashed.
Later I wiped the dust from the cloth and cleaned the bag and put it bag in the wardrobe and finished my cleaning the room and left.
At 7 pm my parents got back home and found me watching TV, they greeted me and went to their room as for me I helped the maid to prepare the dining table and later I called my parents to come and eat.
It was late so I went to bed but it wasn’t easy getting sleep because my mind was on the bag that I saw I wondered where the baby cloths came from yet this family had no child, I kept thinking about it until I fell asleep.
The driver took me to school on Monday I didn’t talk to him because I wasn’t really feeling well when he dropped me at school I went straight to class. My day went well as usual after classes I waited for the driver but he came late around 6:30 pm with my mother, they were from shopping, mom gave me a biscuit and juice as I entered the car and we drove home talking happily with everyone in the car.
When we reached home, I went with my mom to her room she told me stories about her childhood and we laughed she also thanked me for cleaning their room well and putting everything in order, I interrupted her telling her about the dirty bag I saw in the room and how I cleaned it and wiped the dust on the baby clothes that were inside.
Before I could finish telling her about the bag, I saw……
