Patrick Ishimwe has not understood how talented he is until he started drawing early in his primary one. Since he started drawing, his parents were excited by drawings in different shapes he managed to put on paper at such a young age and was not too late that his parents discovered that Ishimwe has a talent for drawing and started supporting him.
Ishimwe started his education in bright light school Ndera, where he further joined secondary at Nyamata High School and later completed his high school in construction at IPRC-Kigali Technical secondary school in 2020.
He was born and raised in Kimironko but now lives in Gatenga with his parents, where he practices his drawings.
Ishimwe says that engaging in drawing people’s pictures is his passion and aspires to do it even during out of classwork.
“I do drawings and I love drawing, I think this is the right time since I have completed high school to express my talent in drawings all over the country,” Ishimwe said.

Out of drawing, Ishimwe has started earning much from drawing because he now has enough time to practice his shades having finished schooling.
Ishimwe has a dream of creating his own online art gallery.
“I have a dream of creating my own gallery and name it ‘Marshall Gallery’ that will compose all my drawings, where, it will be easy for anyone to access my contact and drawings.”
