Many people don't recognize that sweats that come on our bodies are very essential to our healthy wellbeing especially during this time of Covid-19 where people are stuck in one immovable place and their homes
Different medical and scientific research indicates that sweat relieves us from pressure, anxiety and stress.
According to Bas Rutten, an American mixed martial artist says that daily runners experience and enjoy healthy wellbeing of the body, mind and spirit. However, that the runner must be committed and devoted to doing it daily to overcome daily challenges.
Rutten adds "when we are doing sports seriously like strolling, jogging, simple underground body exercises, and other walking sports sweats are exuded from our body and therefore releasing all the dirt and germs that are hidden inside our pores,"
He said sports and exercises are good in the morning hours and late evening.
General George S. Patton, Jr, is known for his famous statement “a pint of sweat will save a gallon of blood"
In addition, scientists advise people must hydrate themselves before sweating to avoid dehydration.
Water makes up 60 to 75 percent of the body’s weight, serving as an important part of making the body the continuity of functioning.
Experts note that water is also involved in nearly every part of the body and helps blood flow, encourages chemical reactions in cells, cushions muscles and regulates body temperature.
They further note that when dehydrated, these functions become impaired which can affect the flow of oxygen, performance ability and cause fatigue, which is all detrimental to one’s health.
